(After purchasing the system) Info-Tech Systems (ITS) will be setting up the first Super User (Administrator) for your organization. A welcome mail will then be sent to the administrator’s email ID, which includes the log in credentials for the InfoPay 9.0 cloud portal. The super user will have to login to the InfoPay 9.0 cloud portal and perform below initial configuration of the system: 1.Create the Company(s) for the Organization. 2.Create the Super User(s) and give access rights to Apps. 3.Create the Payday Group(s) to identify the number of working days per month. 4.Create the Department(s), Designation(s) for the Organization. 5.Create the different Leave Category or Entitlement of your Employee(s). 6.Create the Employee(s) in Staff Master and give access to the cloud portal. 7.View the License Usage and understand how many Licenses has been utilized/available.
