Click clip0023 to create a new employee

Tick on the App Access -E-Leave to give the E-Leave access to the employee

Enter the compulsory details under the General tab

Select the APP ACCESS by ticking on the specific system the employee can use.

Enter the Employee Code and Employee Name.

Gender – select whether Male / Female. This is important when activating the Maternity Leave.

Marital Status – select whether the employee is Single, Married, Widow, Divorced.

Enter the Email Address of the employee – this email address will receive the notifications regarding leave applications, access activations of the employee.

Join Date – key in the date joined of the employee. This is important to be able to calculate the annual/medical leave eligibility of the employee.

Confirmation Date – key in the confirmation date of the employee.

Termination Date – key in the last day of employment of the employee. The day after the date you have entered, the employee would not be able to log in to the system anymore.

Block – this indicates that the employee is prevented from re-joining the company again.

Select the Department, Section, Designation, Designation Group and Category that this employee belongs to.

Select the Holiday Group that this employee follows. See Holiday Group for further information.

Select the ID Type and enter the NRIC/Work Permit/FIN of the employee.

If this employee can access the E-TMS please enter the Card/FP/Face ID number of the employee. This is needed for capturing the employee’s attendance (Time In/Out).

Select the Leave Category that this employee is entitled to.

Enter the Hours Work/Day and Days Work/Week of this employee.

Enter the Children Details (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Birth Certificate No., Singapore Citizen (Yes/No). This is needed for Child Care and Maternity Leaves entitlement.

Click on the E-LEAVE tab to complete the employee information needed for the Leave Management System

Enter the employee’s Short Name/ Alias.

Default Replacement Staff – select from the list of employee who will be assigned as the replacement staff whenever this employee applies for leave.

Exclude Days – select from the dropdown list the exclude days assigned for this employee.

** Please see Admin Setting > Exclude Days Settings for more information.

Enter the employee’s Mobile No. / Phone No. / Alternate Email ID if necessary.

Select the employee’s assigned approver under the Approver Details:

Final (mandatory approver) – select the final level approver of this employee. If you only have one approver per employee you have to assign it under the final approver.

Second – select the second level approver of this employee.

First – select the first level approver of this employee.

Click clip0075 once done.
