How to apply for leave? |
Step 1: Click on My Leave > Leave Apply Step 2: Click on Apply Leave tab Step 3: Enter the Start and End Date(s) > Select the Leave Type > Upload supporting leave document under Attachment > Enter Remarks or notes regarding the leave > Enter your colleague’s Email id, if they need to be informed of your leave application > Approver – select your own approver (if allowed)
Step 4: Click You will then be redirected to Leave Summary page which will display the leave application history:
Leave Summary page will display the following: •Leave Name, Leave Date(s), number of Days/Hrs, Medical Claim Amount, Remarks •Status – indicates whether your leave application has been APPROVED, REJECTED, still WAITING FOR APPROVAL or CANCELLED •Attachment – will display a link to the document attached during the application •Approved Up to – If you have more than 1 level of approvers, the name of the approver that has approved your leave will be displayed here •Officer Comments – indicates any remarks the approver has made regarding the leave application •Additional Email – displays the email ids of those colleagues that has been sent a copy of this application
