This is where you can create and view the different users (HR Administrators) of the E-Payroll Cloud Portal. Go to Administration > User Creation > Click Creating a User Enter the Display Name, Email ID, Alternate Email ID (optional) > select Employee from the drop down list if you want to link this user profile to any of the employee under the Master > Employee Basic Details Tick on Show Basic Salary if this user is allowed to see employee’s salary
App Access Select the type of Access rights assigned for this user. These are based from the created rights under User Access Rights.
Company Access Select which Company this user can access.
Department Access Select which Department / Designation / Category that this user can access.
Click
The user will then receive below email notification, indicating the user name and password.
