✓Go to Master > Additional Master Setup > Nationality

✓Click clip0080 to create a Nationality

✓Enter the Nationality Code > Nationality Name

✓Select the corresponding IR8A Nation Code from the drop down menu

✓Click clip0082 once done

**Note: The Nationality is important for processing the Income Tax of the employee. The IR8A Nation Codes are from IRAS
