This module is where you can set up the employee’s leave entitlement(s), record the leaves taken and produce the corresponding reports.
Leave Group – This is where the leave types (reasons) will be grouped in and the leaves, taken by the employee(s), will be deducted from. ✓Go to Leave Management > Leave Type > Leave Group ✓Click ✓Enter Leave Group Code > Leave Group Name > click
Leave Type (Reasons) ✓Go to Leave Management > Leave Type > Leave Type ✓Click ✓Enter the Leave Type Code > Leave Type Name ✓Is Leave - choose YES if it is a type of leave which will be used for leave applications, NO if not (if it will be used only to specify the employees attendance in the Time Management System) ✓Pay Type – select whether the reason is Paid or Unpaid (half day paid/unpaid). This will also identify if the type of reason is half day or full day leave ✓Leave Group Name – select which Leave Group this type of reason will be deducted from ✓Click
**Note: Leave Type can only be deleted successfully if it is not being used by any of the employees in the system.
