Creating Increment Proposal ✓Go to Human Resource > Bonus / Increment > Increment Proposal ✓Click ✓Enter the Increment Year > select the Increment Month > enter the Increment Effective Date > select Apply Increment Type by (Individual or Group wise) ✓Select how you want to apply the Increment, by: Percentage or Fixed Amount ✓Click ✓Click ✓Click ✓Increment amount will take effect after initializing payroll for the effective month
To view the Increment Proposal report: ✓Go to Human Resource > Bonus / Increment > Increment Report ✓Select the Year > Month or tick All Month to show all created increment proposals ✓Select the employee(s) > click
