This system feature allows you to allocate the configured Reader(s) clock location from the TMS cloud portal to the Cost Centre created in Info Pay 9 and produce the necessary reports that will display the needed details.

The system will automatically allocate the number of days that the employees’ worked in a particular job based from the number of times they have used the finger print reader.

 

How to assign the Reader to the Cost Centre?

Go to Monthly Activity > Cost Centre / Project Allocation > Cost Centre Location > click clip0278

Select the Cost Centre > Clock Location

Click clip0279 once done

Cost Allocation Detail – This report will produce the detailed Cost Centre allocation for the month and period specified

Go to Monthly Activity > Cost Centre / Project Allocation > Cost Allocation Detail

Select the employee(s) > select the Period (END | MID | BONUS)

Click clip0282 to export the report to an excel file:

Cost Allocation Summary - This report shows the summary of the GRAND Total cost incurred on each particular Location / Cost Centre

Go to Monthly Activity > Cost Centre / Project Allocation > Cost Allocation Summary

Select the employee(s) > select the Period (END | MID | BONUS)
